Hotel Monopol - Central Station Frankfurt am Main

The single room at Hotel Monopol was so cozy and charming, with a lovely, calming ambiance that made us feel right at home. The bright decor and comfortable furnishings were just what we needed for a relaxing stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow for our liking.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and was impressed by the complimentary services provided, including the well-stocked mini-bar, refreshing tea and coffee in the lobby, and the efficient use of the business center with high-speed Internet. The staff were attentive and the central location was ideal for commuting.

The only service I missed for my work was a more reliable Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit spotty in my room.

Staying here was an excellent choice. The location is unbeatable; it's right across the train station, so it was convenient to move around. Besides, the staff was very accommodating and happy to provide customer service, both at the reception desk and the night shift. The facilities were top-notch, with soundproofed rooms and in-room air conditioning. I also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV, and the dining options were fantastic. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.

I keep returning for the attentive staff and convenient location. On my first visit, they even helped with a local taxi number. The hotel has everything I need including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, and shuttle service. I'm excited to return for New Year's.
